08/09/2019 · Edit: I already completed Saints Row IV to 100% and in total it locked once on a load screen and twice upon exiting the game. The issues I experienced were probably just flukes related to the unstable nature of Windows in general and not related to what others are reporting in this thread, so I retract my complaint.
